The most recent inofficial release of the June 24 rehearsal, 'The Complete Dressing Room Session' compares well with what's been released in the past, including the filtered official 'Platinum' I Got a Woman and the 'Memories' When It Rains It Really Pours. Privately recorded by Joe Esposito, the original signal lacks high-end and is of typical home recording quality.

The sound quality of the original source of the June 25 rehearsal is apparently a lot better than June 24. In fact, the sound of the FTD 'Burbank 68' representation is so good there is reason to believe it was recorded using a different recorder or at faster tape speed (June 24/25 comparison/sample). Baby What You Want Me to Do on the Time-Life CD 'Rock'n'Roll' is thought to be even more faithful to source than 'Burbank 68'. The lowest range (20-80 Hz) seems completetly intact and it is entirely free from noise reduction. The difference is very subtle on the other hand and overall sound engineering of the first FTD CD is subjectively better and probably more conservative than most other official releases.

1:41-2:04 of June 25 Tiger Man was edited out on 'Platinum'. Not that it matters much now after being replaced by 'Burbank 68', since the 'Platinum' version suffered from a lot of ambience-reduction as well.
